OHA provides a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs incurred by the customer. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. We accept returns only for items purchased directly through our website or by phone. If you purchased an OHA Skincare product from one of our retailers and would like to return it, please contact that retailer directly.
REQUEST A REFUND
Prior to returning an item, please send us an email at email@example.com with the reason for your return so we can provide you with a return authorization. We require a return authorization in order to process a refund.
Once you have the return authorization, please ship returned product(s) with return authorization to: OHA Skincare, P.O. Box 70123, Seattle, WA 98127. Please obtain a tracking number for your shipment—we cannot take responsibility for items lost during shipping.
Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue a refund within 1-3 days.
