OHA provides a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs. Prior to returning an item, please contact us with the reason for your return so we can provide you with a return authorization. We require a return authorization with your returned item in order to process a refund.
Please ship returned product(s) with return authorization to: OHA Skin Care, P.O. Box 70123, Seattle, WA 98127. Please obtain a tracking number for your shipment—we cannot take responsibility for items lost during shipping. We accept returns only for items purchased directly through OHAskin.com or by phone. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. OHA will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise. If you purchased an OHA item from one of our retailers and would like to return it, please contact that retailer directly.
