OHA provides a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs. Please ship return products to : OHA Skin Care, 10325 SE 16th St, Bellevue, WA 98004 after calling or emailing with reason for return and receiving authorization. We only accept returns for items purchased directly through OHAskin.com or by phone. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. OHA will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise. If you purchased an OHA item from one of our retailers and would like to return it, please contact them directly.
